These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Jasminity Cleaning website and the provision of cleaning services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

1. About Us

2. Booking and Agreement

A service booking is confirmed when we have accepted your request in writing (typically by email) and you have confirmed the date, time, and scope of the cleaning service.

Quotes provided through our website or by telephone are estimates based on the information provided. The final price may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of booking. We will inform you of any changes before proceeding.

By confirming a booking, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Our Services

We provide residential cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and office cleaning services in and around Folkestone, Kent.

We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill. While we aim to deliver a thorough, consistent result, outcomes may vary depending on factors including the condition of the property, access arrangements, and the scope agreed at the time of booking.

We do not make claims of specific outcomes or standards beyond what can reasonably be expected from professional domestic or commercial cleaning. Any descriptions on our website are illustrative and not to be taken as a warranty of a specific outcome.

4. Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and clear access to the property at the agreed time. This includes:

  • Providing access to all areas included in the service scope
  • Informing us of any hazards, fragile items, or areas that should not be cleaned
  • Ensuring that pets are secured if our team will be on the premises
  • Where possible, clearing items from surfaces and floors to allow effective cleaning (this is not a requirement for all service types — please confirm at the time of booking)

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due within 7 days of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For one-off bookings, payment may be required in advance at our discretion.

We accept payment by bank transfer or other methods communicated to you at the time of booking. We do not accept payment in cash unless specifically agreed.

Where a booking is changed or services are added at your request on the day of the clean, we will inform you of any additional cost before proceeding.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: You may cancel or reschedule without charge.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed price may apply.
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, or no-show on the day: The full agreed price may be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking with reasonable notice in circumstances beyond our control, including illness, adverse weather, or vehicle breakdown. In such cases, we will not charge a cancellation fee and will offer alternative arrangements.

7. Re-Cleans and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion by contacting us at [email protected] or +44 079 2309 9259. We take feedback seriously and will investigate promptly.

Where a valid concern is raised and we are satisfied that the issue resulted from our service, we will offer a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost. Our refund policy applies where a re-clean is not appropriate or possible — please see our Refund Policy for details.

We are not able to address complaints raised more than 48 hours after the service was completed, as it may not be possible to determine whether the issue arose from our work.

8. Liability

We carry public liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us as soon as possible (and within 24 hours of the service).

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the individual booking in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, for personal injury caused by our negligence).

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing wear, items not secured or disclosed prior to cleaning, or damage caused by following specific instructions provided by the customer.

9. Use of This Website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish any content from this website without our permission
  • Use the website in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that information is complete or error-free at all times.
